Here at ArtistIsU, our top priority is to ensure that all our customers are able to complete their beautiful artworks. So, if you are one of our customers and find yourself having dry paints or needing extra paints to complete your artworks, simply email us (admin@artistisu.com.au) and we will send you extra paints FREE of charge*.
*The following terms and conditions apply:
DRY PAINTS:
1. You must provide proof of purchase e.g. order number.
2. You must contact us within 100 days of your purchase.
3. You must send us a photo of the dry paint via email (email to: admin@artistisu.com.au).
4. Replacement paints are subject to stock availability. If we don't have the particular paints available, we will order them from our manufacturer. This may take 2-3 months to arrive at our warehouse. Alternatively, we can offer a different paint by numbers design as replacement.
NEED EXTRA PAINTS:
1. You must provide proof of purchase, e.g. order number.
2. You must contact us within 100 days of your purchase.
3. Extra paints are subject to stock availability. If we don't have the particular paints available, we will order them from our manufacturer. This may take 2-3 months to arrive at our warehouse. Note: we are unable to offer a replacement painting for this issue.
4. Postage fee ($13.96) for sending the extra paints is customer's responsibility.
OUTSIDE OF THE 100 DAYS WARRANTY PERIOD:
1. If you contact us after 100 days, we will NOT be able to provide extra or replacement paint free of charge.
2. However, we can still help you to order additional or replacement paint set (subject to availability). Paint set ($35) plus Postage fee ($13.96) is customer's responsibility.
